Originally from Virginia, Chris draws inspiration from the region’s rich food traditions and his years creating elevated dining experiences. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at Echo Dell Farms, where he developed luxury destination dining programs. At Hotel Garber, he brings his expertise to the kitchen with a focus on seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and beautifully executed dishes that celebrate the character of Nebraska.
